Western Isles Citizens Advice Service (WICAS) is a local, independent charity which provides free, impartial and confidential advice and information to the whole of the Western Isles through four offices – Lewis, Harris, Uist and Barra.
WICAS delivers support and guidance on a range of topics, giving people the information they require to deal with any situation and improve their lives.
Western Isles Citizens Advice Service (WICAS) requires a Finance and Administration Officer who will deal with all aspects of office administration systems for all WICAS offices in the Western Isles.
WICAS seeks someone who can maintain computer based financial recording systems and administer HMRC payroll systems, including pensions, PAYE and NI.
A good standard of education and organisation skills are essential, as is knowledge of computer systems and their applications.
Salary is £23,296 (pro-rata) plus £2,280 (pro-rata) Island Allowance and 6% pension contribution.
